There have been reports about actress Adaa Khan being replaced in her supernatural show titled Vish Ya Amrit: Sitaara produced by Rashmi Sharma. Reportedly, the actress has been asked to quit the show as the makers want to bring in a new face to get better numbers on the ratings chart. However, Adaa has denied the reports.
While talking to an online portal, Adaa said, “I don't know where these rumors are coming from. I am not quitting Sitaara and I am very much a part of it. The channel and the production house both are very happy with my work and nobody has asked me to quit the show. The show will soon be heading for a major twist where my character will be show slipping into coma.”
The actress further added, “There is a new entry, but the makers will be introducing a negative character and nobody is replacing me. Like all other shows, even this show will witness a major twist. I am upset that people are speculating unnecessary things. The team is working very hard and entries and exits keep happening in the show. I don't understand why this thing is being blown out of a proportion. The writers are just doing their job. The show is doing great on the digital platform as well."
Adaa has been a part of shows like Amrit Manthan, Naagin and Behenein. She was recently seen on Kitchen Champion along with Sitaara co-star Arhaan Behl.
