‘Bigg Boss’ to focus more on social media personalities in it’s 13th season; here’s why

The search for the contestants of Bigg Boss 13 has already begun. Apparently, this season the makers are planning to target more on the social media personalities than the people from the glamour industry. Wonder, why do we say this? Well, all thanks to the previous season’s TRP rating on the BARC chart.

A little birdie informed, “The hunt for the contestants has begun and the makers are planning to rope in personalities who are popular on the social media platform – be it Tik Tok, Youtube or any other digital platform. These social media personalities are very popular amongst the masses; especially within the youths. Most of them have their fan following in millions. Obviously, the makers want to encash their popularity in their show. They are aware with the fact that their popularity will surely grab their fans attention which will lead to the numbers on the TRP chart.”

Our source further added, “The previous season failed miserably in spite of having good faces from the TV industry and the makers do not want to repeat this mistake again. They are looking for contestants who create drama and entertainment in the house. The auditions have already begun.”

Bigg Boss 13 will go on floors by the end of September 2019.
