FIR filed against Mithun Chakraborty's wife Yogeeta Bali and son Mahaakshay in rape case; daughter-in-law Madalsa Sharma refutes reports

Two years after a Delhi court order, an FIR has been registered against veteran actor Mithun Chakraborty’s wife Yogeeta Bali and son Mahaakshay aka Mimoh on a complaint of rape and cheating filed by a woman. According to a news channel, in a written complaint to the police, the victim said that in the year 2015, Mahaakshay called her at his home and drugged her with a soft drink. Meantime, he forced physical relations with the victim without consent. She further stated that Mimoh had promised marriage to her but never fulfilled his promise.

The victim stated that after this, Mahaakshay continued to have a physical relationship with her for 4 years. Later when the victim was pregnant, Mahaakshaya pressurized her to get an abortion. When she did not agree, he gave her some pills and got the child aborted. According to the victim, Mahaakshaya's mother and actor Mithun Chakraborty's wife had also threatened the victim after her complaint and also pressurized her to dismiss the case.

Now, Mimoh's wife Madalsa Sharma has refuted the reports and said that she is absolutely unaware about any recent FIR. Talking to a news website, Madalsa said, "Case has been registered for what? It's not true at all". When informed that it is by the same girl who had filed a case earlier accusing him of rape and his mother for threatning her, Madalasa said, "These are old stories. It all happened 3 years back and that has been shut and done with."

When asked about the latest complaint filed on Thursday at Oshiwara police station, Madalsa said, "We are not aware about any such complaint till now." When reached out to Oshiwara Police Station senior PI, Dayanand Bangar, confirmed the news to the news website.
