Fire breaks out on the sets of Zero, Shah Rukh Khan is saved by a whisker

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan had a really close shave today. A fire broke out on the sets of his upcoming film Zero minutes ago at Film City. Shah Rukh was shooting for a promotional video for the film when the untoward incident happened. It took twelve fire brigades to control the increasing fire.

The fire broke out with a tremendous bang and after that, there was a harum-scarum at the set. SRK was soon engulfed by his bodyguards who got the superstar out of the set with a lot of difficulties. SRK was shooting at Film City’s Reliance Studio Number 3.

The fire that broke out was not easy to control as it spread like wildfire within minutes. When the news of the fire and Shah Rukh is in the midst of it broke out several people gathered which made the security personnel’s work difficult. Police finally ensured that the superstar reached his vanity van safely. Right now, SRK is still at the sets and reportedly he wants to complete his shoot at some other studio.

It is believed that the fire broke out due to a short circuit on the set which is now burnt to the extent of 60 percent. No casualties have been reported in the fire. Zero also stars Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma in the lead and is directed by Aanand L Rai. The film is scheduled to release on December 21.
