1990: Salman Khan’s pain is what has kept him alive in new poster of Bharat

It’s time to ponder upon the new poster of Bharat as Salman Khan shared a snippet about his character from the 90s on Friday. The new poster of Bharat features Salman’s hidden pain, meticulously expressed through his almost-teary eyes. Katrina Kaif also appears in the poster in a subtle look. Salman’s character in this particular poster of Bharat is his aged version.

Har muskurate chahre ke peeche dard chupa hota hai aur wahi dard aapko zinda rakhta hai,” reads Salman’s caption of the new Bharat poster and the hashtag of the day is #BharatKaVaada.

The trailer of Bharat is scheduled to release soon and until then, Salman has been sharing posters of his and other characters from the film.

The teaser of Bharat had released in January, and depicted that the film spans across the “journey of a man and a nation together” and features Salman as a navy officer, a stunt artiste, an ageing boxer and a coal miner.

Bharat is an official adaptation of 2014 South Korean film Ode To My Father. It is produced by Atul Agnihotri’s Reel Life Production Pvt Ltd and Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series. The film also stars Sunil Grover, Disha Patani, Jackie Shroff, Tabu and Nora Fatehi, and is scheduled to release on Eid 2019.
