Varun Dhawan turned 32 today and he is “kicking in” his special day in Thailand. He took to Instagram to share a picture of him training in Muay Thai and also thanked his fans for all the wishes that have been pouring since morning. Muay Thai is a close-combat martial art that uses eight points of contact in the body as weapons. This birthday is also extremely special as Varun’ upcoming film Coolie No 1 was announced today by producer Jackky Bhagnani. The film also stars Sara Ali Khan in the lead.
Varun is celebrating his birthday in Thailand with his school friends. They flew off to the exotic country for a week-long sojourn on Sunday night. Varun is also looking forward to camping during the vacation. Several of Varun’s co-stars including Alia Bhatt. Katrina Kaif, Sonam Kapoor, Jacqueline Fernandez, Taapsee Pannu, Kriti Sanon and Neha Dhupia wished him on his social media accounts.
Varun will soon be returning to sets of Remo D’Souza’s Street Dancer 3D which is touted to be the most expensive dance film of Bollywood. Varun reunites with Shraddha Kapoor in the film. Nora Fatehi and Prabhudheva also star in the film. The film is slated to release on November 8.
