Watch: After tips and tricks, Sonam Kapoor Ahuja shares her ‘off dairy and refined sugar’ PCOS diet!

Not a long time ago, actress Sonam Kapoor Ahuja made quite a revelation about struggling with PCOS or Polycystic Ovary Syndrome for seven years. She even mentioned that it took her many doctors and nutritionists to figure out things that work for her. To share some health tips for the ladies who are struggling with the same ailment, Sonam shared a video where she spoke about her struggles and mentioned some tips to curb PCOS.

After receiving a positive response, Sonam continued with the theme and shared another video that focused on the diet and food habits regarding PCOS. She mentioned all the things that she eats as well as avoids to help her battle out the condition. "A handful of berries with coconut yogurt is my go-to option for breakfast. This coupled with a cup of either spearmint or green tea and a bowl of greens keeps me energised on long days,” shared Sonam on her Instagram post. The actress also mentioned that her food intake consists of the produce that is locally and freshly available. In the end, Sonam even asked her 'gram-fam if they are suffering from PCOS and what's their diet these days.
