Game of Thrones star Emilia Clarke aka Daenerys Targaryen might have just revealed the truth behind the coffee cup blunder on the latest episode of the hit show.
Game of Thrones viewers went crazy on social media after spotting a coffee cup on Daenerys' table in a scene when the heroes gather to celebrate their victory at the Battle of Winterfell. Post the goof up, HBO issued a statement that read, "The latte that appeared in the episode was a mistake. Daenerys had ordered herbal tea."
Emilia had a different take on the whole thing. The actress shared a picture of Jason Momoa aka Khal Drogo and Peter Dinklage. In the picture, Emilia is seen holding a cup, quite similar to the cup seen in the fourth episode of Game of Thrones Season 8. The caption read, "Did I just stumble upon the truth here?! The cupbearer does not drinketh the Starbucks tea... oh and this ain't a spoiler just a lost wanderer coming home for a mid-filming cuppa...".
Emilia and Peter are seen in the same attire that they wore for the feast. In her caption, Emilia seems to be blaming Jason Momoa for the coffee cup blunder. Actor Jason who played Khal Drogo on the show was on the sets to meet his former colleagues.
