After making her fans wait for 10 long years, Sushmita Sen is all set to make her comeback with a powerful thriller web series. Titled Aarya, the show is written and directed by Ram Madhvani of Neerja fame and will stream on Hotstar Specials from tomorrow (June 19). Ahead of its release, director Ram got in an exclusive conversation with PeepingMoon.

During the virtual interview, Ram went on to reveal that not Sushmita, but Kajol was the original choice for Aarya that was to be made into a feature film. Stating that Aarya isn't a crime thriller but all about relationships, Ram called his leading lady Sushmita a true blue star.
