Exclusive: I get drawn to women who are not picture perfect and live the life they want to - Vidya Balan on 'Shakuntala Devi' biopic

Vidya Balan's Shakuntala Devi is one of the highly anticipated films of the year. Based on the life of human calculator Shakuntala Devi, the biographical film is directed by Anu Menon and will premiere on Amazon Prime Video from July 31. As the premiere date is inching closer, Vidya got in an exclusive virtual conversation with PeepingMoon.com. 

During the conversation, Vidya spilled the beans on what makes her the unabashed queen of biopics. The actress, who completed 25 years in the industry, said she gets drawn to characters who aren't picture perfect and live their lives on their own terms. She further spoke about whether Friday jitters still exist when it comes to an OTT release. Vidya also revealed that she is fascinated with figures and remembers dates without much efforts.
