Synonymous with ‘Entertainment, Entertainment & Entertainment,’ Vidya Balan opens our #Bestof2020 segment discussing the term 'female centric films', how she sailed through the pandemic and the content across OTT/films which she totally loved this year.
Vidya spoke about her OTT release Shakuntala Devi and Natkhat. Talking about ‘female-centric’ films she said that she hopes someday we do away with this tag and the films are no-longer described by the sex or gender of the protagonist.
She also praised other content that released this year including Paatal Lok, Masaba Masaba, and Scam 1992: The Harshad Mehta. Vidya said that she was surprised to see how good an actor Masaba is and showered her with praise.
