We have only shown the facts, people can or cannot like a film because we are not same people, our taste and expectations can differ: 'Mimi' Kriti Sanon on criticism

Kriti Sanon is riding high on the success of her recently released film Mimi on OTT. Dealing with surrogacy, the film has introduced the actress's 2.0 version, where she is spearheading a successful venture. In an exclusive post success interview with PeepingMoon, Kriti expressed her joy at being addressed as 'Mimi' by her fans now, calling the film a 'successful premature delivery', how many parents are calling her and lauding her performance and why she believes the film was destined to be on OTT than theatres.

She also took us through the flak received by the film post-release over the depiction of surrogacy, adoption, and motherhood and why she finds the same unfair. Kriti recalls the impact Mimi has had over the audience, the best compliment she received for the film, and the importance of putting your foot down to demand your deserving pay as an actor, regardless of your gender.
