BB 11: Oct 30th - Luv is the new captain of the house

Competition for the next captain of the house continued and Sapna was the latest to join Bandgi and Luv as Jyoti got nominated yesterday. Sapna, however, could not sustain for long and was the first one to lose. Wonder how will this reflect on her popularity which is anyways having a bumpy ride. After all, if fans vote for you they also expect you to play the game with zeal.

Anyways, Bandgi and Luv put up quite a fight and were awake throughout the night for the task. Hina who was already favouring Luv did everything in her reach to make sure he wins. She instigated the situation in a way that Luv would obviously win. Bandgi caught this move of Hina and complained about the same to Puneesh.

Morning in the BB house began with a fight between Shilpa and Arshi. Sapna and Shilpa ganged up against Arshi and smartly insulted her. While Hiten swept the floor, Arshi told him to not do the chores so that they can be together in the jail. Hiten ignored her. Akash tried to fool around by saying that Hiten secretly enjoys Arshi’s attention and Hiten gave him a stern warning, rubbishing his claims. Akash’s mindless talks got him into a soup with Pooja too. We have barely seen Pooja losing her cool but she too warned Akash to not cross his line with her.

Bigg Boss then calls contestants one by one for nominations. The nominations were interesting as two contestants were paired against each other and they had to mutually decide who gets nominated. In case if the two did not reach a common point both of them shall be nominated.

The first one to go inside was Sabhyasachi and Mehjabeen. Mehjabeen explained Sabhyasachi that she wants to prove herself to some people and for that, she needs to stay. Sabhyasachi supported her and nominated himself.

Shilpa and Akash are next and though Akash already has a power-up against nominations, he refuses to get nominated and Shilpa steps down to nominate herself. When BB asked the reason Shilpa says that she has faith that her followers will save her.

Hiten and Priyank are the next to go in and Hiten decides to nominate himself as he feels that Priaynk has not spent much time in the house.

Sapna and Vikas then enter the nominations and Sapna decide to nominate herself. Sapna has a lot of faith in her fans, let’s see if she is proven right.

Next in line was Hina and Puneesh. Now recall what had happened in the “Khulja Sim Sim” task. Puneesh abusing Hina, ring a bell! So it was obvious that Hina wouldn’t back out, but here’s the twist. Puneesh pleaded to Hina and promised her never to misbehave and use abusive language. He apologized to her for whatever he had done till date and even apologized to Hina’s parents. So Hina nominated herself and gave Puneesh a second chance. Hina was later bragging about this to Sapna, Luv, Hiten, and others.

Between Arshi and Pooja, it was Pooja who came out as a bigger person as she nominated herself by saying that Arshi is her friend. Poor girl barely knows what Arshi is up to behind her back.

Ben and Bandgi were the last to enter and since the girls could not reach a mutual decision, Bigg nominated both.

Priyank was once again at the receiving end of Bigg Boss as he was heard talking about outside stuff in the house with others. Not just that, Bigg Boss had asked the contestants to keep the nominations secret from others. After Priyank stepped out he requested the public to vote for Hiten, which meant flouting the rule. An angry Bigg Boss punished Priyank by nominating him.

Apart from nominations, Vikas was gossiping about Shilpa and was joined by Hiten, Ben, Hina and Priyank. They were discussing Shilpa’s bold speeches and how she needs to give it a break.

Hina, on the other hand, was telling Hiten and Ben that once they are in the house they should be prepared for worst and how Vikas is not. Bandgi tells Arshi to use her friendship with Vikas to eliminate Priyank. Basically adding more to the ongoing feud between Vikas and Priyank.

Total, nine contestants from the house face eviction this week. Sabhyasachi, Sapna, Shilpa, Hina, Pooja, Ben, Bandgi, and Priyank. While most of them chose to nominate themselves to come across as a bigger person and trust their followers, only the votes will tell who stands where in the game.

Talking about the new captain, Luv well, he has a long road ahead of him. This captaincy is his litmus test and if he fails at this, it might even mean the end of the road for him in the house. Does Luv realize this? Will be able to fulfill the expectations of being a captain? We shall keep a close eye on it this week.

In the end, Priyank, Ben, Bandgi, Puneesh and Arshi were heard talking about Pooja liking Luv. Will there be another couple in the house? Or will Luv break Pooja’s heart, let’s see where this goes.
