Bigg Boss is undoubtedly the most controversial show on Indian television and also the most awaited event of the year. Like every year, this time too, the makers announced a special theme ‘Vichitra Jodi’ to keep the audiences’ enthusiasm intact. It was said that popular celebrity couples will be part of the show. However, as per the latest update, the theme has been tweaked to suit the needs of the makers.
According to an entertainment portal, the makers failed to find suitable jodis for the show and hence decided to call for a redesigning of the theme. Another leading daily reported, “There will be no celeb jodis. Six single celebs will enter the house. Five commoner jodis will enter the show with five single commoners. Later on, the singles will be paired inside the house with the celebs and that is how the concept of ‘vichitra jodis’ will work.”

If reports are to be believed, there are a few more surprises that BB fans can expect. First, not all contestants are expected to enter the main house. A few inmates are said to be taken in a separate setting without the other set of inmates learning about them. Also, not everyone is expected to enter the house on the first day.
Secondly, it might be the time to say goodbye to Salman’s ‘Me TV’ through which he used to interact with the contestant on every weekend special episode known as Weekend Ka Vaar. Replacing this format will be a classroom set up, where Salman will talk to the contestants through a blackboard-like-screen. Another good news for the BB fans is that the 12th season might air earlier than the usual date. This time the show will start on September 16 as opposed to October.
