Surbhi Rana ko gussa kyun aata hai? This question is as difficult as it looks. But, what happened yesterday was something that will go in the book of highlights of the season. It won’t be wrong to say that Surbhi Rana took us back to the Dolly Bindra days. It all started from Sree saying that he saw a video of Surbhi smoking in the bathroom. Jasleen confirmed that she too saw a cigg burnt tissue paper in the loo and when she confronted Surbhi she asked her to not speak such things loudly. Deepak went and told Surbhi about housemates planning to send her to jail for this and hell broke loose after that as Surbhi went on a shouting, accusing and abusive spree non-strip. At one point all the housemates were quiet and Surbhi just went on and on while everybody laughed.
So here’s all the drama that happened in the Bigg Boss house:
The show began with the task “Sansani Khez” khulasa. There were still a couple of questions left. The first one that Bigg Boss asked left the housemates in splits. It read “ The girl I fell in love with turned out to be a man and it happened twice.” Deepak and Shiv couldn’t control their laughter and same with all the other housemates. KV pulled Anup’s legs.
Everybody thought of Romil as KV said that he gets uncomfortably close to guys in the house. Deepak agreed and narrated his own experience. At the gong, Shiv presser the buzzer and answered Romil which Bigg Boss said was the right answer. The whole house had a ball of time pulling his leg. Romil explained himself but the housemates needed a chance to laugh out loud. Sreesanth also couldn’t help but have a little fun at that expense and expressed his desire to meet these girls.
The next secret was “ I was in a relationship with two people at the same time”. Surbhi’s name tops the list of guesses. Shiv asked Somi and she said that she was in a girls college. The gong goes and it’s Deepak who pressed the buzzer and answered Surbhi Rana which turned out to be correct.
The last clue was “ I broke a lot of relationships to be in a relationship with this one person.” This turned out to be tricky and Deepak was discussing it with housemates that it could be Dipika. Dipika told Shiv that everyone is thinking of her and that’s not the right answer. Saba at one point told Shiv that it’s her.
As the gong went Deepak pressed the buzzer and answered Sourabh but Bigg Boss said it was the wrong answer. Shiv got a chance and he said Saba which turned out to be the right one. Deepak got upset with Saba that she did not tell him. Shivashish won the task and became the new captain of the house.
Bigg Boss decided to have some fun and said that there are two more questions left. He asked the housemates to guess it for fun sake. The first was “I have still not completed my graduation.” Srishty said it was her. The second was “ I saved myself from casting couch”, and everybody without an ounce of doubt takes Dipika’s name. Dipika agreed.
Post the task, Deepak and Saba got into a huge argument as Deepak accused her of cheating him. Saba said she did tell Deepak but he disagreed. Deepak was of the opinion that Saba decided to side with Shivashish as she knew that he was loosing and wanted to be in his good books. After seeing Saba crying badly, Urvashi went to Deepak and told him that Saba wasn’t lying and he might have missed it. Deepak lost her cool at Urvashi and asked her to not speak to him. Urvashi said she will never speak to Deepak. Surbhi added more fuel to the fire when she said that ill things about Saba and Urvashi. Somi asked her to mind her language.
In the night Sreesanth told Dipika, Shivahsish, and others that they should send Surbhi Rana to Kaalkothari as she had no qualities to be a moderator or a captain. Sreesanth said she had flouted the rules of the house as he had seen a video of Surbhi smoking and coming out of the bathroom.
Deepak and went an informed about this to Surbhi and asked her to be aware of what she was going to be in for. Surbhi swears on her mother and told Deepak that she had not done anything of the sort and that Sreesanth is doing this to get back at her by maligning her image. Deepak beloved her.
The next day housemates wake up to the peppy bhai song Baby Ko Base Pasand Hai. In the morning Jasleen told Deepak, Anup and Romil about an incident with Surbhi. Jasleen said that she was cleaning the bathroom when Surbhi came out smelling of smoke. When she warned Surbhi that she should not be doing this in the bathroom, Surbhi asked to stay quiet. Next Jasleen said that when she enters the bathroom to clean it, the tissue roles had cigg burns on them. Romil was also present there and he told them that this is a family show and topics like smoking should be kept under the wraps. Romil strongly disagreed to being this as a reason to send her to jail.
Deepak went and confronted Surbhi and accused her of lying to him. Surbhi tried explaining it to her but Deepak chose to walk away.
Surbhi Rana lost it and started shouting like a maniac. Romil tried to explain to her that he was on her side but to no avail as Surbhi was on her own anger trip and started ranting about the housemates and their behavior towards her. She called the housemates names and called them liars and terrible people which irked Jasleen and she warned her to mind her language. Surbhi went on with her rant and Jasleen and everybody decided to ignore her and go inside.
Saba, Somi and Dipika were getting ready inside the house and as they heard Surbhi shouting they were discussing how mad can she get. Surbhi entered the house and continued to yell and had an emotional break down in the powder room. Saba and Somi bring her water an calmed her down. Jasleen disapproved of the gesture.
Surbhi’s rant went on and on and at one point the entire house was quiet and only Surbhi was talking. Her body language and her rants at one point were atrocious. KV and Deepak were seen laughing. Romil tried to explain Surbhi that if she was not wrong then she should stop explaining herself and that the rant is not helping her. Surbhi said that she was now prepared for the worst and that this was her style.
The housemates gathered in the living area to decide the people who would be going to kaalkothari. Maximum people vote for Sreesanth over spitting on Deepak's name and Surbhi for her behavior since morning. They said that she caused all of them mental harassment. Anup even went on to say that Surbhi should be thrown out of the house as she is a threat and her action of putting a tika of her blood on her forehead and swearing was nothing less than a threat to housemates safety.
Jasleen went on to explain why she is nominating Surbhi and she said that she actually never saw her smoking but when she confronted her and the way she asked her to keep it low gave in to the truth. The Khan sisters accuse Jasleen of doing a U-turn. Jasleen said she never really saw Surbhi smoking.
Karanveer said he wanted to nominate Romil as he is least interested in doing household work. The time is up and finally, Surbhi, Romil and Sreesanth’s name is decided for the kaalkothari. Bigg Boss gave Shivashish a power to save one person from the list and add his own name. Shivashish saved Romil and sent Dipika. Sreesanth got angry and threw a bottle in a fit of rage. Shiv went behind him to calm him down but Sreesanth asked him to leave him alone. Surbhi had the last laugh as she was happy to be with the toe of her arch-rivals, especially Sreesanth in the jail.
I pity poor Dipika to be with two stones confined in the kaalkothari. As whenever these stones would run against each other there would only be fire. But let’s not deny that it will be interesting to watch. Surbhi I am sure will not leave any stone unturned in making Sreesanth's life a living hell. Wonder what Salman has to say about Surbhi’s erratic behavior and Sreesanth who is back to his mood swings. Weekend ka Vaar sure seems exciting.
