Bigg Boss 12 Weekend Ka Vaar: Deepak and Surbhi apologise to Jasleen for their remarks

You are in for a disappointment if you were expecting dhamaka after Diwali at this Weekend Ka Vaar. Looks like Salman Khan wanted it to be pollution free Diwali! As it is, a lot happened in the house with Shiv trying to elope by running from the house, Deepak calling Jasleen a gold digger and Surbhi supporting him. Well, they were reprimanded and they apologised to her on national television.

Salman’s co-star Preity Zinta joined him on the show to promote her upcoming movie Bhaiaji Superhit.

Here’s all that happened in the Bigg Boss house:-

Salman played a clip of the fight that happened between Sreesanth and Srishty. Jasleen, Deepak, Rohit and Srishty were just fooling around Jasleen’s OCD when Srishty made a friendly remark on Jasleen’s gang with Rohit and Sree. Sree, as usual, lost his cool over a minor issue and shouted at Srishty. She gave it back to him with full force and Sree had to back out.

There was a task that the nominated housemates were given in the morning and Salman showed what happened. The four nominated contestants, Surbhi, Romil, Deepak and Somi were asked to name four other people who they thought deserved to get nominated. Deepak took Jasleen’s name and said that she does not have a mind of her own. The contestants, whose names were taken, had to be soaked in ice water, cow dung, rotten tomatoes and other things. Somi took Shivashish’s name and he asked her if she was getting back at him. While Jasleen and others made a scene out of the things being showered on them, Shiv bared it all with a smile and had fun. Surbhi was next and she took Rohit’s name as said that she did not feel that he was doing justice to the wild card entry tag he had come with. Romil took Srishty’s name as he said that she was moody and her mood swings affected the game.

Surbhi told Romil that Srishty was a wrong choice and instead he should have taken Megha’s name. Jasleen and Romil also had a mild argument as he said that earlier she played from Anup’s mind and now she is playing form someone’s else’s. Jasleen retaliated by saying that he played from Surbhi’s mind. Salman entered the home and wished them Diwali and wished Sree for his birthday. Salman then pulled Deepak’s leg over his injury. He sarcastically told him that he is really using his brains. He then made fun of giving idea to Romil during the family video task. Somi said that Deepak is irritating her. Salman again pulled KV’s leg. Salman also picked up on Srishty and Rohit and said that he was only seen with Srishty and otherwise he was not seen at all.

Salman then spoke about the task that Surbhi, Romil, Somi and Deepak were given. He said he agreed with all the choices except Romil’s. Though Romil tried defending himself but Salman said that Megha is suddenly not seen on the show. Salman then brings up the topic when Happy Club had decided to trouble everyone for nominating them and picked up Deepak to make gold digger remarks on Jasleen. He told him that when someone abuses Deepak he cries very easily and the same Deepak being so heartless to Jasleen is unbelievable. He accused Deepak of character assassinating a girl on national television. Next was Surbhi’s turn and Salman said that being a woman she doing that to another woman is cruel. Surbhi tried to defend her actions but Salman reprimanded both of them and said that without having any knowledge of her side of the story they shouldn’t have said all those mean things to her.

Jasleen narrated to Salman what had happened and said that it all started from whatever Anup said about their relationship outside and tainted her saying that she has been dumped. Salman said that whatever he said was his stance and even if that was the case it only called for sympathy and not anything else. Salman complimented Romil for taking control of the situation and not letting it blow out of proportion. Deepak and Surbhi took cognizance of their actions and immediately apologised to Jasleen.

Salman got back on the stage and welcomed Preity Zinta who had come to promote her upcoming flick Bhaiaji Superhit. The two played a fun game and wherein they did the hook step of the song and the other had to identify the song. Salman and Preity went down memory lane as he sang a song from their movie together. Salman announced that Preity would be entering the house next.
