It seems troubles for Salman Khan and Bigg Boss 13 are in no mood to meet their end. The actor, who is currently hosting the thirteenth season of the controversial reality show, landed in troubled waters as members of the infamous Karni Sena broke out a protest outside his residence in Mumbai over the portrayal of obscenity in the show. Earlier on Friday morning, the security outside the Dabangg actor's house named Galaxy, was tightened with Mumbai Police after he received threats of protest outcry. As soon as the members gathered near Galaxy, the police got them arrested and took them under their custody.
Bigg Boss 13 is no new face to controversy as the previous seasons, invited equal problems to the show as well as Salman, who managed to bring things down in control with perfectly. The Karni Sena, for the latest season, accused encouraging and depiction of indecent content. Apart from this, the Karni Sena went on to say that the reality show that is aired on Colors daily, is promoting 'love jihad'.
Karni Sena, in the past, steered controversy by raising objection on films like Padmaavat starring Deepika Padukone, Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh along with the recently released Ayushmann Khurrana's Article 15. The group is infamous for raising objections and fighting for the appraisal of the Rajput community.
Bigg Boss 13 premiered on September 29, 2019, on Colors. The show is aired daily on the channel at 9 pm and Salman, who is the host, makes an appearance during the weekend episodes.
