Numerous fights took place in episode 53 of Bigg Boss 13, including one between Shehnaaz Kaur Gill, Rashami Desai, Himanshi Khurana and the whole house vs Shefali Jariwala. After becoming contenders for captaincy, Hindustani Bhau, Shehnaaz, Sidharth and Himanshi Khurana are given a task by Bigg Boss where they have to keep holding a wooden frame. The one who leaves the frame will be out of the race. Shefali Jariwala is the sanchalak of the task. Sidharth and Himanshi hold the plank while Sidharth tries to make Himanshi leave the frame. We also saw Sidharth pulling the frame from Himanshi's hand, forcing Himanshi's supporters to call him a cheater. Shefali told Bigg Boss that she didn't see Himanshi leaving the wooden frame even though she was present when Himanshi had left the frame. Shefali is clearly tried to save Himanshi and with her unfair decision, many called her an unfair sanchalak. When Bigg Boss asked Shefali to announce the new captain's name, she takes Himanshi's name and soon after the entire house, except for Himanshi and Asim Riaz, start shouting at Shefali for her partial decision. The inmates also decided not to do any work under Himanshi's captaincy. 

The housemates disapproved Shefali’s decision and disapproved of the captain of the house. In the middle of the task, Himanshi even got violent and pushed Shehnaaz. The situation got out of control and Bigg Boss intervened. The situation settled down after a while but housemates still refused to accept the new captain. The captain even tried to delegate duties but the housemates take to an andolan. The next day contestants woke up to ‘Mere naal tu whistle baja’, the andolan continued and no one was ready to do any duty. In the middle, another fight broke out between Rashami Desai and Shehnaaz when Devoleena Bhattacharjee provoked Rashami to tell Shehnaaz about the designer clothes she borrowed during the weekend. Rashami said that Shehnaaz is thankless and is not loyal to anyone. She also indirectly pointed fingers at her character. This angered Shehnaaz who in turn coaxed Rashami to spill out some secrets of her that she has been claiming to know. Rashami later agreed that whatever she said on Shehnaaz’s character was just a joke and didn't mean anything. This upset Devoleena who told Rashami to complete the topic and not back out from saying something that she knows.

Late in the evening, Bigg Boss announced a task where they have to choose the weakest contestant who has the least contribution in the house. It happened so, that during the episode, Bigg Boss announced a task where the housemates had to choose the weakest person whom they feel hasn't contributed anything in the house. Most of the inmates named Khesari and stated that he does nothing in the house. Soon, Bigg Boss gave a major surprise by asking him to exit the house. Shehnaz cried and Shukla doesn't even move from his place. He held his head. Khesari came to hug Vishal, who walked away. Vishal hugged him back and said he made a mistake. Shukla told Khesari the same day that he was performing better. Himanshi also apologized. Khesari apologized to all before leaving. After Khesari left, Vishal kept crying and Arti consoled him. Shukla called Rashami bullshitter. She said she is very happy with her decision. Devo was also upset she did not speak up.

Now, with Khesari's exit, we will have to wait and watch to see what happens during Weekend Ka Vaar tonight.
