Saumya Tandon announced her exit from the popular sit-com Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai! The actress played the role of Anita Bhabhi in the show. Saumya's confirmation that she will be shooting for her last episode tomorrow came after several rounds of speculations in the past few months. Soon after the news broke out, it was rumoured that she has quit Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai! to participate in the upcoming Bigg Boss 14. Dismissing them as false, Saumya told a portal that she wants to explore different projects in the future hence she bid adieu.
"I am not quitting because of Bigg Boss or coronavirus or pay cut or any other reason, these are all rumours and speculations. I just want to explore other challenging projects in the future," Saumya told.
On the other hand, rumours are rife that former Kumkum Bhagya actress Naina Singh has been finalised for Bigg Boss 14. The actress who quit the daily soap recently because her character Rhea Mehra was taking an unlikely negative turn, isn't new to reality shows. She was the winner of Splitsvilla 10 and a finalist of Star Plus' India's Next Superstar. Reportedly, Naina has started preparing herself for the Bigg Boss 14 house.
Speaking of the contestants, reportedly, Zaan Khan, Vivian Dsena, Nia Sharma, Sakshi Chopra, Pavitra Punia, Akanksha Puri, Amir Siddiqui, Jasmin Bhasin, Shanthipriya and Tejasswi Prakash have been approached for Bigg Boss 14.
