After much wait, the makers of Bigg Boss 14 announced the premiere date in the latest promo featuring host Salman Khan. The controversial reality show will go on air from October 3, 2020. The contestants, who will reportedly undergo a Coronavirus test and will be quarantined for 14 days prior to the show, will enter the Bigg Boss 14 house on the evening of the premiere.
In the latest promo, Salman is seen wearing a mask and is handcuffed in chains. As he makes an effort to get rid of the chains, he says, "Boredom hoga chaknachoor, tension ka udega fuse, stress ka bajega band, hopelessness ki bajegi pungi. Ab scene paltega aur Bigg Boss dega 2020 ko jawaab."

Bigg Boss 14 will air on all seven days of the week. The show can be watched on Colors at 10:30 pm on weekdays and at 9 pm on weekends. Salman will be greeting the contestants during the Weekend Ka Vaar segment and will grill them. PeepingMoon.com, in an exclusive on September 12, informed readers that Sidharth Shukla will be a part of the show but not as a participant. He will be monitoring the contestants from outside and give his personal opinions.
The names of contestants are yet to be announced.
