The contestants of the Bigg Boss house got nostalgic as during a fun conversation, they opened up about the funny and creative ways in which their parents punished them in their childhood. Lounging around together, Gauahar Khan, Sidharth Shukla, Jasmin Bhasin and other contestants had a laugh as they revealed personal stories about their parent’s clever use of guilt to teach their kids a lesson. 

Gauahar revealed the sweet way her mother confronted her, sharing, “Ekdum pyaar se, sote waqt jab hum dua karte the, pyaar se bolte the, Gau, aaj aapne jhoot bolo na? Itna guilt hota hai na uss waqt, ke aap bol hi nahi sakte ke, nahi, maine nahi kiye. Haan ami, jhoot bola bol dete the. Aami bolti thi aisa nahi karte beta”.

Adding to the sentimental atmosphere, Sidharth also shared a cute anecdote with his mother, stating “When I was even younger, my mom would say, school mein tere jhagada hua than na? mummy ko kaise pata, mummy toh school mein thi nahi! Teacher ne bola? Teacher kaise bolegi? Sachi bolo unhone kaha. Haan hua tha. Sab theek hona ke baad maine poocha, Mummy aapko kaise pata chala? Bhagwan mummy ko sab bata hai! Maine socha yeh kya mummy aur bhagwan ka chal raha hai yaar? Meri koi life nahi hai kya?” 

Sidharth also revealed details of his college life where he used to discretely steal money from his dad’s wallet to impress girls. In a candid conversation with Hina Khan, Rahul Vaidya, Gauahar and other contestants, Sidharth fondly recalled the memories of his late father. Reminiscing about his early college days, Shukla recalled how he struggled to “patao” girls without any money to spend. He engaged the contestants with a riveting story of how he managed to steal some money from his dad, saying, “Dad ka wallet hamesha bhara hua rehta tha. Aur voh aapne paise systematically rakhte the, note wise. Pehle 500 ke, phir 100, phir 50, aur side pe aise 100 ke note dale hue. Toh maine socha yaar, itna paise, ghanta samajh main aaega kya paisa kahan hai. Maine socha yeh wale side pe papa bhar ke rakhte hain, mujhe nahi laga gin ke raha hoga, 2-3 baar maine liya. Aur mere dad ko pad gaya malum.”  

After getting caught, he proudly disclosed the clever way his parents put an end to his debauchery. One day before leaving for office, his dad told he family he was losing money. His mother masterfully suggested, “Ek kaam karo. Paisa kum hota hai na, aap likho kitna paise kum hua hai aur osko rakh do andar. Uska chit rakh do, aur phir kum hoga toh dekhte hain.” Its safe to say Shukla never stole money from his dad again!
