Bigg Boss 14 is taking new twists and turns every day! The recent nomination process inside the Bigg Boss house proved to be an ice breaker between the contestants and things started to warm between everyone irrespective of the groups they are in.

Wednesday's episode was all about a fun task for captaincy and Rahul Vaidya's big proposal for ladylove Disha Parmar on national television. 

Here are the top 10 highlights from the Day 39 of Bigg Boss 14:

- The contestant's day started on a rather surprising note as Rahul got all the ladies of the house to help him plan something romantic for the love of his life. Rahul made a special T-shirt for his special lady as it was her birthday and proposed to her on national television and it was none other than Disha Parmar. Rahul expressed dhis feelings with ‘Marry Me’ written on the back of his t-shirt with lipstick and said that he will wait to hear an answer from her. While Rahul got emotional, the entire house went awwwww! 

- Later in the day, Aly Goni decided to direct a short film casting Eijaz Khan and Pavitra Punia, he imitated different kind of people on a serial set and how he aspired to become a director. The contestants were in splits, seeing the fun and entertaining side of Aly.

- While the contestants were enjoying their day, Bigg Boss gave the contestants yet another surprise where the most popular performers will come to entertain them and be part of their captaincy task.

- Bigg Boss 14 then turned into a party arena with a power-packed Bigg Boss Disco Night! DJ Chetas along with singers Anu Malik and Neeti Mohan entered the Bigg Boss house and made the contestants dance to their tunes! 

- The contestants had to stay on the dance floor all night long and the one contestant who survived on the dance floor, in the end, was to be declared as the new captain of the house. The contestants who had been yearning to party for the past few months, got on the dance floor and performed all night long.

- The task began and soon, Eijaz joined the fun, performing the naagin dance. After the first round, it became a trigger for the fight between Abhinav and Eijaz. Abhinav wanted Eijaz out of the captaincy race, claiming that the nagin dance was no dance and Eijaz broke rules - lying down on the floor – with that form.

- However, Eijaz told Abhinav that it was a popular naagin dance he has been doing since childhood, adding that it is often done in Indian marriage baarat. After an ugly fight, Eijaz and Rubina were out of the race for captaincy.

- Kavita Kaushik and Jaan were next to be kicked out of the game. Nikki and Aly Goni also had an ugly fight which also infuriated Jaan. When Nikki said Aly should not be the captain as he was new, Aly yelled that he was brought in (the game) because the housemates were not doing anything.

- Aly then strategized the task with Jasmin, Abhinav and Rahul who all agreed to make him the captain. However, Pavitra was unaware of it. 

 - In the end, Aly Goni, Jasmin Bhasin, Abhinav Shukla, Nikki Tamboli, Pavitra Punia, Rahul Vaidya and Shardul Pandit were in the captaincy task.
