Makers of Bigg Boss 14 introduced a major twist by bringing in former contestants Vikas Gupta, Rahul Mahajan, Arshi Khan, Kashmera Shah and Manu Punjabi as Challengers. They are competing with Eijaz Khan, Rubina Dilaik, Abhinav Shukla and Jasmin Bhasin. Days after their entry, the house is clearly divided into two groups. Eijaz, who was pumped up on the arrival of the new contestants, supported them over Rubina, Abhinav and Jasmin. 

Bigg Boss announced a task wherein the house got its new captain for the week. The tussle between the housemates escalated. Vikas and Arshi were on a different level altogether.

Here are the top 10 highlights from the Day 66 of Bigg Boss 14:

- The housemates woke up to Dance Pe Chance song. Soon, Manu and Kashmera discussed that the top 4 contestants aren't playing the game properly. Arshi teased Vikas and said Abhinav is the real mastermind who made it to the top 4 without doing much. Kashmera and Arshi had a fight over washing utensils. Jasmin, Eijaz and Manu tried to get into their fight. Kashmera apologised to Arshi for sounding rude. 

- Eijaz teased Arshi and Rahul. In the bathroom, Vikas opened up about his fight with Arshi in season 12. Manu, Arshi and Kashmera spoke to each other and said they will play their game differently and Eijaz will be with them. 

- Vikas and Arshi had a fight. During the argument, Vikas got annoyed with Arshi making fake claims about him being in touch with the creative director of Bigg Boss 14. At the end of the fight, Arshi said he is her enemy. At the dining table, Jasmin told him that he should ignore everyone and peacefully have his meal. Arshi warned Jasmin to not interfere in other's matters. 

- Later, Bigg Boss said that every contestant is equal. The captaincy task was announced. The housemates had to make a captain chain. The task had six rounds and a chain had to be transferred six times. The task began with Rahul. The housemates discussed with him and tried to negotiate. Manu spoke to Eijaz and said the captain should be from their group of four. Kashmera felt a challenger should get a chance to be the captain. 

- Abhinav told Rahul that Eijaz shouldn't be made the captain as all his work would then have to be done by Rahul himself. Eijaz plotted against Abhinav and Rubina saying they don't deserve to be in the race as they don't do anything much. Jasmin told Rahul that she wants to become the captain. She accused him of groupism. At the end of the first round, Rahul gave the chain to Eijaz.

- Kashmera, Arshi and Manu were happy with the decision while Abhinav, Rubina and Jasmin were disappointed. Abhinav tried to convince Eijaz but he didn't show any interest. After the second buzzer rang, Eijaz gave the chain to Manu. It was clear that Eijaz, Manu and Arshi have decided to pass on the chain among themselves until the final buzzer. 

- In the middle of all this, Jasmin, Rubina and Abhinav discussed how Eijaz has become a group player when he called himself an independent unit in the beginning. Rubina and Eijaz had a fight. Eijaz felt Rubina isn't trying to participate in the task. She defended herself when Eijaz said she lacks convincing power. He accused her of not wanting to play the game. Abhinav, Rubina, Jasmin and Rahul talked about Eijaz's double standards during the task. 

- Manu then handed over the chain to Arshi. Jasmin and Abhinav tried convincing her but she found them to be disinterested. She gave the chain to Eijaz after the fourth buzzer. When the fifth buzzer rang, Eijaz gave the chain to Arshi. Kashmera was annoyed with this. 

- The final buzzer rang and Arshi gave it to Manu. He became the new captain of the house. 

- Vikas and Jasmin spoke about the show. Jasmin cried saying she is feeling lost after Aly Goni's exit. At night, Vikas woke the housemates up to say good morning.
