Rakhi Sawant's marriage came across as a major surprise to all. However, the actress's husband is still a mystery man to her fans. Rakhi, who is currently in the Bigg Boss 14 house, hasn't made a public appearance with her husband named Ritesh who is apparently a UK based businessman. While Rakhi is away, her husband has finally opened up in interviews. Now, in the latest interview with a leading daily, Ritesh said he is finally ready to reveal his identity. He told the daily that he wasn't willing to do so due to work-related reasons. He further shared that Rakhi is more important to him and he is ready to take the risk of coming out publicly.
"I was scared that the haters might troll us and especially because of the spoofs she had done in the past with Deepak Kallal, people started not taking her seriously, but I like Rakhi and don't care about it. I am ready to take that hit now. Now, I feel I should come and reveal my identity. I had two-three defence projects in the past and I could not reveal my identity. It would have hit me very badly. We got married all of a sudden, we met, liked each other and got married. We had not planned anything. Now, I am prepared and can openly tell the world that Rakhi Sawant is my wife. I feel nothing is more important to me than Rakhi at this point of time. Hence, I am ready to take this risk," Ritesh told.
Ritesh further added that if the Bigg Boss 14 team contacts him, he is willing to enter the house for a brief period. "If the Bigg Boss team connects with me and wants me to come on the show during the family round or for any other thing else. I will definitely go inside," Ritesh added.
Rakhi announced her wedding by sharing pictures on Instagram dressed as a bride in a white gown. In an interview before entering the house, Rakhi said, "I know it’s high time and people, especially my fans, want to see him. They have been demanding it since I got married and as I am entering the Bigg Boss house, I want him to introduce himself to everyone. In fact, maine usse dhamki bhi di hai, ki ab usse sabke saamne aana hi hoga. What if Salman Sir asks to meet my husband?"
