The game is taking a new twist and turn every passing day in the Bigg Boss 14 house. No one wants to leave the house and every contestant is playing their A-Game. The contestants Eijaz Khan, Jasmin Bhasin, Rubina Dilaik, Abhinav Shukla, Arshi Khan, Rahul Mahajan, Manu Punjabi, Nikki Tamboli, Aly Goni and Rahul Vaidya are all set to put their best self forward to stay in the game.

Last night, it was Christmas time and the Bigg Boss 14 housemates were all waiting for how Bigg Boss will surprise them. Well, Bigg Boss did not disappoint. A sack-full of letters from the families of all housemates were delivered to them and each and every person got emotional on reading the messages from their loved ones!

Here are the top 10 highlights from the Day 83 of Bigg Boss 14:

- The day started with Rahul Vaidya and Rakhi Sawant breaking into a Bhojpuri version of Jingle Bells! Bigg Boss had decorated the garden area in the most beautiful manner to welcome the festive spirit in the house. There were Christmas trees, bells and snowmen all around the house, and the housemates could not help but break into smiles on seeing it!

- Rubina and Rakhi confessed their love for each other, as each housemate puts on a Santa hat and delivered a very special surprise! Bigg Boss made sure that the housemates received a priceless gift this Christmas; a letter from their families!

- Rakhi gave a letter to Rubina, while Eijaz turned Santa and gave Jasmin a letter. Jasmin, in turn, gave Abhinav his letter. The emotional messages from their families had the housemates get extremely emotional. The housemates read out letters out loud with smiles on their faces and tears in their eyes.

- Amidst all this, however, Vikas picked out an old incident between him and Eijaz. He revealed how Eijaz’s girlfriend in the past was cheating on him with Vikas. He told this to Nikki and Eijaz could not take this.

- The two got into a massive fighting match where several allegations were made by both. The housemates tried their best to hold the two back, but the tension prevailed.

- Bigg Boss then asked for two names for the jail. After a huge fight, housemates couldn't come to a conclusion and decide two names.

- As a result, Bigg Boss announced that all three people with majority votes - Aly Goni, Nikki Tamboli and Rahul Vaidya, will go to the jail. Since there were only two jails, each should have one person at any given time. 

- The next day began with Nikki getting out of jail. When Vikas put her back in jail, she said that she can still get out of it. After Vikas went missing, Nikki escaped from the jail and went to smoke. Vikas lifted her and again locked her.

- After some time, Bigg Boss played the rooster sound as Vikas was found sleeping. Housemates made fun of him and Aly and Rahul criticised Arshi for making him the captain.
