Jaan Kumar Sanu, who shot to fame with his stint in Bigg Boss 14, has had a twisted relationship with his father, renowned singer Kumar Sanu. After his eviction, there were many heated exchanges between them through interviews. Now, in the latest interview, Jaan spoke about his equation with Kumar Sanu. Talking to an entertainment portal, the budding singer felt that there has been a communication gap from both ends. He also reacted to his father's remark on his upbringing.
"I haven't got a chance to speak to Dad. As I have been busy with my work and he is also very busy with his work. But yeah, I think once we talk it out, it will be better. Because there has been a communication gap I guess from both of our ends. And as for the comment my Dad made about my Mom. I guess the entire world has witnessed how well my Mom has raised us," Jaan told.
For the unversed, Jaan's mother Rita Bhattacharya has separated from Kumar Sanu. In an interview previously, the veteran singer told, "I have not been with my son for 27 years. We have been living separately for 27 years. I don’t know about the upbringing his mother gave him and I don’t understand how he could have said such a thing. I am sorry. As a father, I can only apologise to you all." After this interview, there was a constant exchange of claims by both Jaan and Kumar Sanu.
