Former Bigg Boss participant, Swami Om, is no more. The self-proclaimed Godman passed away today. He breathed his last at his residence in Ghaziabad’s Ankur Vihar. The reason for his death is paralysis. Three months ago, Swami Om had tested positive for the novel Coronavirus.
Even though he tested negative later but wasn't keeping well since then. Due to weakness, he couldn't walk. Reportedly, he couldn't move and half of his body was paralyzed. A friend of Swami Om confirmed to news to a leading publication.
The controversial self-proclaimed Godman, for his stint in Bigg Boss 10, was criticised brutally for passing nasty comments on the housemates and cheap tactics. In 2019, he announced that he would contest Lok Sabha Elections from the New Delhi constituency. The Supreme Court last year reportedly directed Swami Om to pay Rs 5 lakh fine for a plea challenging Justice Dipak Misra’s elevation as CJI back in 2017.
