Bigg Boss OTT premiered on August 8 and within a few days, the contestants are making headlines for drama, twists, turns and lots of spice. Hosted by Karan Johar, the contestants are Zeeshan Khan, Pratik Sehajpal, Shamita Shetty, Ridhima Pandit, Moose Jattana, Divya Agarwal, Karan Nath, Raqesh Bapat, Neha Bhasin, Akshara Singh, Milind Gaba, Nishant Bhat and Urfi Javed. The theme of the season is 'Stay Connected'. Now, a few days into the show, Bigg Boss announced that the contestants had a chance to change their partners.
During the live feed on August 11, Bigg Boss gave the male contestants a chance to choose Divya as their new connection instead of their current one. For the unversed, Divya didn't get a partner for herself on the premiere night and was nominated for the week. The male contestants had to press the buzzer when the time started. Zeeshan, without wasting time and the opportunity, pressed the buzzer. He left everyone shocked by ditching Urfi. The social media influencer, who was confident that her pairing with Zeeshan will be successful, was visibly disheartened. On the premiere night, she chose the Kumkum Bhagya actor as they have been friends for 3 years.

Urfi broke down. However, she held back her tears and said, "4000 ka mascara aur 5000 ka foundation iske peeche thodi na kharab karungi." Due to Zeeshan's decision, Urfi has been nominated for eviction whereas Divya is now safe.
