Bigg Boss OTT contestants Shamita Shetty and Akshara Singh don't see eye to eye. Akshara, a Bhojpuri actress, and Shamita, a Bollywood actress, are often engaged in heated fights. During the live feed of Bigg Boss OTT, the audience noticed that Akshara went on to age-shame Shamita. 

During a showdown on August 11, Akshara apparently spoke to Urfi Javed and went on to address Shamita as 'Mausi'. She told Urfi that she didn't know Shamita has been in the industry for many years and is 42-43-year-old. Taking a dig at Shamita's age, Akshara said the actress is of her mother's age. After age-shaming Shamita, Urfi and Akshara laughed.

On August 11, Akshara and Shamita had a major fight over food. According to the live feed, Shamita asked the housemates to not use her gluten-free products as she can't consume normal food due to Colitis. Akshara mocked her and said she has starry airs.
