During a task, Raqesh was standing with Shamita and Divya. Kashmera, sharing a picture of the Bigg Boss OTT contestants, took a dig at Raqesh. She tweeted, "Congratulations @RaQesh19 you are on your way to becoming a henpecked husband…again." For the unversed, Kashmera participated in the first season of Bigg Boss in 2006. She returned as a 'challenger' in Bigg Boss 14 but got evicted soon.

Raqesh was formerly married to Ridhi Dogra and they continue to be best friends. Reacting to Kashmera's tweet and giving her a befitting reply, Ridhi tweeted, "Again!? Excuse me. Kindly don't make loose comments. Peace out."

Ridhi and Raqesh tied the knot in 2011. After eight years of marriage, they announced their separation in 2019 in a joint statement.
