The door to Bigg Boss 15's jungle was opened on Saturday, October 2, on Colors. Host Salman Khan welcomed 13 pranis of the jungle who had to cross various hurdles to make it to the main arena. The contestants of Bigg Boss 15 are Donal Bisht, Umar Riaz, Vishal Kotian, Akasa Singh, Karan Kundrra, Tejasswi Prakash, Simba Nagpal, Vidhi Pandya, Miesha Iyer, Sahil Shroff, Ieshaan Sehgaal, and Jay Bhanushali.
Bigg Boss 15 premiere is divided into two parts and it will end with the episode aired tonight, Sunday, October 3. Towards the end of the episode, it was revealed that Umar, Vishal, Akasa, Karan, Tejasswi, Simba, Vidhi, Miesha, Sahil, and Jay weren't allowed to enter the house but were permitted to stay in the mystical jungle itself. Donal and Ieshaan were sent to a real jungle.

Donal Bisht and Ieshaan Sehgaal, who were sent to a real jungle, were given a chance to enter the house but on one condition. Bigg Boss said one of them has to get nominated in the first week of Bigg Boss 15. They had to come to a conclusion mutually. After a discussion, Ieshaan became the first nominated contestant of the show.

Ranveer Singh united with Salman on the stage to promote his upcoming quiz show, The Big Picture. The show marks Ranveer's debut on television. During his fun interaction with Salman on the stage, Ranveer introduced the superstar as the original 'Sooryavanshi'. He shared a picture of Salman from his film Suryavanshi. Ranveer also demonstrated the format of The Big Picture.

The episode started with Shamita Shetty, Pratik Sehajpal and Nishant Bhat's entry. Salman showed several clips from Bigg Boss OTT. While Nishant often had fights with Shamita, he bonded well with Pratik. Fun moments from Bigg Boss OTT were also shown. When Salman asked Nishant about the one mistake committed by Shamita in Bigg Boss OTT, he said she gets biased towards some people. Shamita pointed out Nishant's mistakes.
