In the notice, the NCSC stated that "this is clearly an offense punishable under SC/ST Act, and the Commission has decided to investigate into the matter in pursuance of the powers conferred upon it under Article 338 of the Constitution of India." It further read, "You are hereby requested to submit action taken report to the undersigned within seven days of receipt of this notice."

Vikkas and Archana had a major fight in the kitchen recently. The fight started when the former was making tea and was stopped by the latter. As the matter escalated, Archana flipped the pan containing hot water almost injuring Priyanka Chahar Choudhary and MC Stan, who were standing nearby. However, they took a step back to save themselves. The housemates had to intervene to calm them down and avoid injuries in the house.

The legal team of Colors and Bigg Boss 16 are yet to react.
