Adnaan Shaikh has entered the Bigg Boss OTT 3 house as a wild card contestant, stirring up conversations and revisiting past controversies. During episode 26, fellow contestant Armaan Malik shared a shocking story with his second wife, Kritika Malik, about Adnaan's tumultuous past. Armaan recounted, "Kai baar iske interview hai na toh Faisu kehta hai ki, 'Humare andar yeh sabse gusse waala hai, yeh sabse gusse waala hai'. Bas gusse wala hi hai (In many of his interviews, Faisu says, 'Amongst us, he is the angriest.' He is just angry)."

Armaan continued, "Baki beechara itna peeta hai na roado pe. Public ne maara isko bohut...Ladki wadki ka matter (He has been beaten up on roads. The public beat him up a lot...It was a matter related to a woman)." According to Times Now News, this incident dates back to 2019 when Adnaan and Shadan, also known as Saddu 07, were attacked by a group of boys while returning from the gym on a motorcycle.

The altercation reportedly began when a group of drunk men teased Shadan, provoking Adnaan. As tensions escalated, the situation turned violent, and Adnaan and Shadan were beaten up brutally, necessitating police intervention. Adnaan later clarified the incident during a conversation with Naezy, stating that around 150-200 people attempted to attack him. He said, "Woh matter ka ek clip viral hua tha. Toh wohi cheez ko ghum firr ke bolte hai ke public mey maar khaaya (From the same controversy, a clip went viral. From that, people started saying that I got beaten up by the public)." Adnaan explained that he also "got violent with the person who hit" him, and his father had to come to his aid.

Besides Adnaan, Bigg Boss OTT 3 features an ensemble cast including Ranvir Shorey, Sana Makbul, Sai Ketan Rao, Sana Sultana, Deepak Chaurasia, Vishal Pandey, Lovekesh Kataria, and Shivani Kumari.
