Bigg Boss OTT 3: Deepak Chaurasia's shocking eviction leaves housemates emotional

Bigg Boss OTT 3 continues to keep viewers on their toes with its unpredictable twists and turns. Celebrating its one-month milestone during the recent Weekend Ka Vaar, the show has already seen six contestants bid farewell. The latest to join the list is senior journalist Deepak Chaurasia, who was evicted following the exit of Chandrika Dixit, famously known as the Viral Vada Pav Girl.

Deepak Chaurasia, who recently served as the 'sanchalak' (supervisor) for the veto task, declared Ranvir Shorey the winner over Shivani Kumari. In a dramatic turn of events, Ranvir’s victory gave him the power to nominate Deepak, leading to Deepak’s eventual elimination from the show.

The announcement of Deepak’s eviction by Anil Kapoor left contestants Lovekesh Kataria, Shivani Kumari, and Sai Ketan Rao in tears. Ranvir Shorey repeatedly apologized to Deepak for nominating him, but Deepak reassured him that their relationship would remain intact. Deepak also made a promise to Shivani to visit her hometown once she exited the house.

Deepak’s eviction deeply affected Ranvir, who was consoled by other housemates as he sat in the smoking area. Ranvir described Deepak as the most genuine person in the house, while Lovekesh acknowledged the pivotal role Deepak played, offering valuable advice to younger contestants.

Despite his seniority and experience earning him respect from many housemates, some felt Deepak did not significantly contribute to the game. To keep him engaged, Bigg Boss introduced special activities like news debates and bulletins. However, an injury that often left him confined to bed hindered Deepak’s journey. Interestingly, some contestants viewed this as a strategic move, dubbing him a mastermind who controlled the house from his bed.

This week saw contestants Lovekesh Kataria, Sana Sultan, Sana Makbul, Adnaan Shaikh, Armaan Malik, Vishal Pandey, and Deepak Chaurasia nominated for eviction. Adding to the excitement, the Weekend Ka Vaar episode featured special guests Elvish Yadav and Mr. Faisu (Faisal Shaikh), who came to support Lovekesh Kataria and wild card entry Adnaan Shaikh.
