Stree directed by debutant director Amar Kaushik is a horror-comedy and has already garnered a cool Rs 6.82 crores on its opening day. The film that intrigued with its witty dialogues and the hilarious trailer has surpassed all trade and analytic figures on its first day and has made the filmmakers immensely happy. The Dinesh Vijan produced film has not only fared well at the box office but received critical acclaim as well. Rajkummar, Abhishek, Pankaj and Aparshakti have walked away with rave reviews for their impeccable comic-timing and the small-town act. If the first day collections are any indications then the film is expected to do even better over the weekend.
