Box Office: Sui Dhaaga-Made in India and Pataakha face decline in collections

Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma starrer Sui Dhaaga-Made in India and Sanya Malhotra’s and Radhika Madan’s Pataakha are not having a great time at the box office. The films released on the same date and had a pretty good start but now have been facing a steady decline in collections.

Varun’s and Anushka’s entrepreneurial journey in Sui Dhaaga-Made in India started off at the good note but now on Day 6 has registered 54.22% decline in collections. However, the drop in business was imminent as Day 5 was a national holiday which resulted in good collections at the theatres. The film is forecasted to collect Rs 62.5 crore in first week. Sui Dhaaga-Made in India has collected Rs 59.15 crore till date.

Vishal Bharadwaj’s Pataakha is not faring too well at the box office even though it boasts of stellar performance by the star cast. Besides, Sanya and Radhika, the film also stars Sunil Grover, Vijay Raaz, Saanand Verma, Namit Das and Abhishek Duhan. The film is at low levels again at Day 6 and should cross only Rs 7.50 crore in the first week. The film has garnered a dismal Rs 7.11 crore till date.

The films are looking to come to a cropper at the theatres if they don’t pick up steam soon enough.
