There is no stopping Ayushmann Khurrana’s Badhaai Ho at the box office as the film is faring exceptionally well and has already witnessed 91.18% growth in its collections on the second Saturday since its release, according to trade analyst Taran Adarsh. The film has earned Rs 76 crore so far and as per Taran’s analysis, is expected to cruise past the Rs 80 crore mark today.
On Friday, Badhaai Ho earned Rs 3.40 crore and Rs 6.50 crore on Saturday. Read Taran’s tweets:

Directed by Amit Ravindernath Sharma, Badhaai Ho casts Ayushmann as the son of an elderly couple, who discover that they would be turning parents for the third time. The film has been received well by critics also.

Saif Ali Khan’s Baazaar, on the other hand, released on October 26 and has witnessed substantial growth in its collections. It’s a “healthy trend”, as per Taran as he informed that the film has collected Rs 7.17 crore within two days of its release. On its opening day, Baazaar made Rs 3.07 crore while its collections witnessed 33.55% growth on Saturday – it earned Rs 4.10 crore.
