Meanwhile, Vicky Kaushal and Yami Gautam starrer URI: The Surgical Strike got a boost in collections of around 30-35% due to the air strikes that happened in the wee hours yesterday. According to a trade website, it is very rare for a film to surge up this much on a Tuesday without a holiday, especially when the other films witnessed a drop in collections.

The film has collected almost Rs 236 crore and has become the first film in the history to breach the Rs 5 crore nett mark in week seven. Looking at the present tense situations between India and its neighbouring country Pakistan, the film’s collections might go up in the days to come.
