Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif recently collaborated again for Ali Abbas Zafar's period drama Bharat. The film, which also stars Jackie Shroff, Tabu, Nora Fatehi, Disha Patani and Sunil Grover, hit the silver screens on the occasion of Eid, June 5. After collecting more than Rs 40 crore on its first day itself, the film has now crossed the Rs 100-crore milestone in just four days of its release, earning Rs 26.70 crore on its first Saturday.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the numbers on Twitter and wrote, "Bharat rocks the BO... Biz jumps on Day 4... Multiplexes join the party, single screens rock-steady... Will continue its winning streak today [Sun]... Being patronised by family audience... Wed 42.30 cr, Thu 31 cr, Fri 22.20 cr, Sat 26.70 cr. Total: 122.20 cr. India biz."

Not to forget, Salman's Bharat have surpasses the first day collections of his previous hits, including Tiger Zinda Hai (Rs 34.10 crore), Sultan (Rs 36.54 crore) and Prem Ratan Dhan Payo (Rs 40.35 crore), despite tough competition from the much-hyped India vs South Africa World Cup match. On Saturday, the film did well and showed solid growth of 20% even though some centres were coming off the Eid period and showed drops in collections.
Produced by Atul Agnihotri's Reel Life Productions in association with Salman Khan Films and Bhushan Kumar's T-series, Bharat is an official adaptation of the 2014 South Korean film, Ode To My Father and features Salman in five different looks spanning 60 years.
