Bad Newz box office collection day 5: Karan Johar backed flick keeps the cash flow running on weekdays

Bad Newz backed by Karan Johar is enjoying an exemplary response in theaters completing 5 successful days after being released on July 19. Vicky Kaushal, Triptii Dimri and Ammy Virk starrer has attracted the audience for its unique and hilarious storyline. Recording a strong weekend the comedy entertainer keeps the cash flowing on weekdays. Anand Tiwari's directorial is rock steady at the box office.

Bad Newz is crushing at the box office with Tuesday’s earnings soaring that first Monday collection. The comedy caper witnesses a slight jump in 2nd weekday business earning Rs 3.80 cr on day 5 which is higher than Monday’s haul. Making an incredible box office opening, the film started the business with Rs 8.62 crore on the release day. On the following Saturday and Sunday, it continued to hold momentum earning Rs 10.55 crore and 11.45 crore respectively.  

Bad Newz running successfully in theaters, has garnered audience attention resulting in a dhamakedar entertainer. The comedy-drama is centered around a medical phenomenon Heteropaternal Superfecundation where Tripti Dimri’s character Saloni is twin pregnant father by two men - Vicky Kaushal and Ammy Virk. It is the ultimate entertainer enjoying positive reviews from critics and audiences alike.

This comedy delight with chart-topping music isn’t just winning hearts, it is also packing theaters with love from the audience. Peppy track Tauba Tauba became a sensation in no time leaving people grooving to its catchy beats. Vicky Kaushal is lauded for his butter-like smooth moves in the chartbuster song by Karan Aujla. Other songs that gained love and attention are sexiest song of the year ‘Janam’ and a remake of a classic hit ‘Mere Mehboob Mere Sanam’.
