Ankita and Karan Patel who got hitched in the summer of 2015 in a Gujarati style wedding have ever since been giving us major couple goals. And just like any other couple, the two have experienced their fair share of ups and downs.

Speaking to a leading daily about her relationship with Karan, Ankita said, “''He is an easy person to be with but he is a demanding husband. When he has a day off, he wants me around all the time. Marriage is a work in progress. Karan and I have grown as a couple though we were very different when we married two years ago. He is colourful and I am black and white and vice-versa in some situations.''

''I have now learnt how to enjoy life. I was an introvert and a serious person who thought what I did was right. I would never budge from my point of view, but now I have found balance in life. Earlier, Karan was an extremist and would take decision irrationally and now he has become calmer as a person. We have grown as individuals and found friendship with each other,'' she further added.

Ankita who was last seen in ‘Ekk Nayi Pehchaan’ in 2013, was expected to make a comeback with Vikram Bhatt’s web series when the entire production was unexpectedly shut. Speaking about the changes made, she said, “It took some time for me to absorb the decision as when we started working for it, we were all quite invested. After shooting the promo and poster, the show was shut suddenly. They replaced everyone on the show from actors, to the director, to technicians, in every department. I couldn’t apprehend why they did that. It had nothing to do with my abilities but just bad luck. This project was to be my comeback and I loved the story. As I was exclusively signed by them, I had to give up other three projects for it.’’
