Known for her role in Colors' Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki, Kratika Sengar recently went on a holiday with husband Nikitin Dheer who is also known as Thangabali from Chennai Express. And while their trip to Maldives was giving all kinds of goals, rumours in Tellyville were rife about something else entirely.

A buzz about the show going off air soon due to Kratika being pregnant was doing the rounds however, a source to the show recently told a leading daily that if anything, the show just got an extension for another year. They said, "Kasam Tere... is economically viable for the producers. Also, it recently got a year's extension. Kratika is not pregnant, but she is not planning to renew her contract. She feels that the role is getting monotonous and she wants to try new things."

Kratika too herself came on record to clear the air. She said, "I just returned from a scuba diving trip. Had I been pregnant, my doctor would not have allowed it. Rumours of the show going off air and me quitting it have been doing the rounds for many months. As of now, I am not leaving it."

In the show, Kratika is paired opposite Banoo Main Teri Dulhann fame actor, Ssharad Malhotra. And speaking about her on-screen pair, Kratika revelead how her husband doesn't like any intimate scenes on the show. She said, "It's true that he doesn't like to see me getting intimate with another actor on screen. It is natural; after all, he is my husband. Another reason, which I feel is valid, is that he doesn't like to see me crying all the time. And with daily soaps, there is a lot of rona-dhona! In a marriage, we have to accommodate each other's views. I won't do anything that would hurt him."
