Rohit Roy and Ronit Roy are hugely popular and well-known. The two brothers have usually stuck to their own shows and films and hardly ever paired up. However, they shared screen space in Hrithik Roshan and Yami Gautam starrer Kaabil, and garnered much applause for their chemistry. Now, once again they will come together as celebrity guests on JuzzBatt – Sangeen Se Namkeen Tak, which will be hosted by Rajeev Khandelwal.

Ronit and Rohit Roy worked together for the first time in a TV show called Sarkar and now will be seen in their first talk show together. The brothers have had their highs and lows but they have managed to carve a niche for themselves in the TV industry, as well as stood the test of time. TV actors generally do not have a very big shelf life but the two talented brothers have managed to stay put for years. Rohit was reported saying, “We’re both outsiders and have had our fair share of ups and downs. We have treated our struggles as part of our growing up and it’s not a sob story.”

The Roy brothers lost their father at a young age and Ronit, the elder of the two had to take up the mantle of becoming the father figure. Ronit is four years older to Rohit. Talking about the equation that the brothers’ share, Rohit said, “Only recently we’ve become more like friends. Now, it’s easier. We meet often and go on holidays together. Though there’s hardly any age gap, our personalities are completely different. I make friends easily, while Ronit is reserved.”

Rajeev Khandelwal who hosted the controversial show, Sach Ka Saamna, will take on this chat show where the celebrities will share their life stories. The chat show will have glimpses of the late Farooque Sheikh hosted show Jeena Isi Ka Naam Hai but is not a replica of it. Ronit and Rohit’s will be the first episode of the show and will be shot today.
