Debina Bonnerjee: My mom is my best friends, my punching bag, go to partner and somebody who is whole world to you. She is someone who can never see any fault in me; in spite of having 100 of it (laughs). But I feel that, mothers need no day to celebrate their contribution in our life. Every day is ‘her’ daybecause we all are incomplete without her. I am very close to my mom as she has always supported me throughout. She is my world and I take no decision without her consent.

Divyanka Tripathi

Divyanka Tripathi: My mom is the priceless jewel I am blessed with. She works from morning until dawn; does everything selflessly and perfectly. I wondered how come she sacrifices all her needs for us. She has always been there, through my ups and downs, and has stood up for me when no one else does. I am so proud to not call her just my mother but also my best friend.

Gautam Rode: ‘maa hai to aap hain…unke bina kuch nahi hain’.. There's no bond so strong in the entire world apart from my mother I share with. She is my strength; she is my universe.

Helly Shah: For me, my mother is everything. I cannot think my life without her. She is my guide; my teacher; she is everything to me. She stays away from me and there has not been a single day where I haven’t spoken to her. My mom is my friend if she is with me I don’t care about the world. As they tell, if the whole world was throwing rocks at you, if you had your mother at your back, you'd be okay. Some deep-rooted part of you would know you were loved.

Karan Mehra: I will fall short of words when it comes to describing the term – mother. It’s the most special bond that a child can have with his mother.  It’s not only the pain that a mother goes through for those nine months; the kind of nourishing, the care that she takes is a very unique bond one can have. Mother’s should be appreciated every minute, every moment that passes by because what a mother does to her child, nobody can do it.

Mohammad Nazim   My mother felt proud of me the day people recognized her as Nazim's mother.  She is epitome of strength and unconditional love. I have no words to describe her. I can’t think of life without her.  I lived in mArkotla near Chandigarh and she supported in my decision of career.  She means my life.

Nia Sharma: My mom means world to me. The way she trusts me is beyond the limit. Many times people criticize me; may be for the clothes which I wear or just the lipstick; my mother never ever gets upset with it. In fact, I go home and tell her about getting trolled and she laughs on it. She understands what kind of girl I am; she knows I am little weird and silly (laughs). So, my mother has never ever stopped me from speaking my mind. I am really blessed to have her by my side.

Sehban Azim To be honest there's nothing more powerful a relation in his world than motherhood. The most powerful, strongest and an emotional bond. The being of a man comes from this word mother, if someone can deny the existence of a mother than he/she has denied the whole existence of humanity. My mother has been a perfect balance of a friend, a teacher, a guide, amother and even a father when its needed to be one. We talk like friends and she advices me for everything I do, points out my mistakes professional and personal, talks about her work too. I don't think I would have been anything without her existence. I owe everything to her.

Ssharad Malhotraa –My mother has given provided me with an excellent upbringing. She never refused me and my sister anything, yet she us sister disciplined. I stay in Bombay still not a single day goes without talking to my mom who is in Calcutta. I could always ask her whatever I wanted and  she would provide me that even before I could utter the words. She was a big motivating force in letting me participate in Zee Cinestar Ki Khoj. I remember my mom daily, and she too, keeps coming to Mumbai every three months. She is always concerned whether I have eaten food or not. She is always happy about my happiness and vice-versa. I can talk with about any emotional subject. She is my strength and support system. Whenever I have been low she encourages me to look at the positive sides.

Vivian Dsena  She is one person without whom I can't think of life. She has given me excellent upbringing. Whatever I am it is because of her blessings.  She is my strength and vice versa. No amount of gratitude is enough as mother she has given unconditional love. One gets values from home only. A mother's role in my life is permanent. I have followed my heart and principles. The values given makes all the difference. My mother has been my support system. I’m a family guy. The time that I spend with my mother is the most precious time for me. We may get busy in our career but there is no substitute for family time.
