Eid-ul-Fitr or Eid marks the end of Ramadan, which is the most sacred month of the Muslim year. The month of obligatory fasting ends with the sighting of the new moon and the next day is celebrated as the joyous festival of Eid ul-Fitr. Now as Muslims across the globe celebrate the festival today, people wish for peace and love.
