Kapil Sharma had raised eyebrows recently when he was spotted at the airport. No, thankfully there was no fracas this time (will we ever forget his big fight with co-comedian Sunil Grover in mid-air??!). It was his appearance that had everyone gawking – Kapil Sharma has piled on the pounds big time. However, the good news is that he is taking care of himself and is on a healthy food diet and fitness regimen.

For more good news, he has taken off on a holiday to Greece with ladylove Ginni Chatrath. Their couple of weeks of rest and relaxation in that beautiful land will be just what Kapil needs as he recovers from what has been a long rough patch.

Last March, Sharma who has always been tight-lipped about his relationship, surprised everyone by introducing girlfriend Ginni Chatrath to the world. He had shared an image with Ginni with a note that said, “Will not say she is my better half, she completes me... love u, Ginni. Please welcome her. I love her so much:).”

Ginni aka Bhavneet Chatrath hails from Jalandhar and the couple know each other since their college days. They had even appeared together in comedy reality show ‘Hans Baliye’ on STAR One. Apparently, they grew closer while working on this show. Ginni, an MBA in Finance, had reportedly gotten engaged to Kapil in 2013. They were all set to tie the knot in 2014, but then Kapil got busy shooting for his debut film Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon.

In fact, Kapil had even introduced Ginni on Facebook as his wife. He posted their pic with a note that said, "Meet my wife... I love her more than Deepika ;)." However, Kapil's sister Pooja Devgan denied the rumours of their wedding. Ginni and Kapil have remained close. Recently she and Kapil’s ex-manager and supposed ex-girlfriend Preeti Simoes traded accusations about harming Kapil’s career.

Meanwhile, it’s good to see the couple put the past behind them in gorgeous Greece.
