There’s a lot of buzz in the TV industry that actress Saumya Tandon is quitting Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hain. The speculations about the actor quitting the show surfaced after her absence from the sets of the show last week. However, the pretty lady has denied such reports. She took to Twitter and wrote, “Hey thanks for the concern, I had a liver infection so was on a leave for a week, have been shooting in Naigaon for Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hain since 3 days.”

Adding more to it, Binaifer Kohli, producer of Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hain spoke to us and shared, “Saumya suffered from Hepatitis B and was unwell for the past 10 days. But, now she has recovered and is back on sets. There is no truth behind her quitting the show.”
Rumours are rife that Saumya is all set to join the upcoming season of Bigg Boss, which will be hosted by Salman Khan. It was being said that the actress who tied the knot with her long-term beau Saurabh Devendra Singh in an intimate affair in Mumbai in 2016 is pregnant. But with her upfront tweet and the producer's statement, gossipmongers can now lay to rest.

Bhabhiji Ghar Pe Hain is one of the most watched TV show, and the actors of the show enjoy a huge fan following. The news of Saumya’s sudden exit must have baffled many, but now there is nothing to worry. For the unversed, the concept is about two neighbours Manmohan Tiwari and his wife Angoori and Vibhuti Narayan Mishra and his wife Anita. The two men are smitten with the other’s wife and their everyday life is presented in a humorous way for the audience.
BJGPH was caught in a controversy when Shilpa Shinde who played the popular character Angoori Bhabi, was fired from the show in 2016. Later, she was replaced by Shubhangi Atre. Apart from Saumya Tandon, the show also stars Aashif Sheikh as Vibhuti Narayan, Shubhangi Atre as Angoori Tiwari and Rohitash Gaud as Manmohan Tiwari in the lead roles.
