Kapil Sharma all set to make a comeback to TV by October with new show?

Ace comedian Kapil Sharma has been missing from the television screens for some time now claiming health reasons. His show Family Time Wih Kapil went off-air a few months ago because of the same. The comedian-actor was also in the news for his verbal fight with a journalist and his tussle with former girlfriend Preeti Simoes and her sister Neeti Simoes. It also came to light that Kapil was taking treatment at a rehabilitation center in Delhi. However, recently the actor was on a vacation in Greece with his fiancée Ginni Chatrath and now the buzz is that he is all set to make a comeback on television by October.

Apparently, the vacation has done Kapil some amount of good and he is gearing up to make a comeback to small screen with a new show, as reported by a leading daily. The daily reported that the actor is looking forward to shedding all the excess weight that he has gained and will soon start training to get back into shape. An unflattering picture of Kapil with a paunch became viral on social media from his holiday in Greece recently. The daily reported, “Kapil has decided to take charge of his life. He not only wants to change his lifestyle (he had tweeted about it) but also wants to become fit. He will be hiring a personal trainer. The comedian also wants to ideate for his new show and is planning to make a comeback to the TV in the next two months.”

Trouble started in Kapil’s life when fellow actor-comedian Sunil Grover had a fight with him during a flight from Melbourne. After which the popular actor quit his show and blamed him for being high-handed. Ali Asgar and Chandan Prabhakar had also quit The Kapil Sharma Show following the fight. Sunil, since then has gone on to chart a new career path by signing Bollywood films like Salman Khan’s Bharat and Vishal Bharadwaj’s Pataakha. But, Kapil started a downward spiral with his show going off the air and he resorting to treatments and therapy for his alcoholism and depression. However, now things are looking up for the country’s favourite comedian and we hope that he comes back with a bang.
