Mandana Karimi to play a seductress girl in ‘Ishqbaaz’; more details inside!

The makers of serial Ishqbaaz are leaving no stone unturned to make the audience glued to their television screen. The ‘redux’ track has really worked in their favor in terms of the TRP rating and now we hear that this track will be extended for at least a month now.

Recently, the makers have roped in former Bigg Boss contestant Mandana Karimi to play a cameo yet a vital role in the show. Apparently, the model-actress will be a part of the show for approximately 20-25 episodes wherein she will be shown as the ‘another’ woman in Shivaay’s life. The promo for the same has already been shot.

A little birdie from the set informed, “In the show, Mandana will be seen playing the character of Nancy who is very bold and glamorous. She will be the new girl in Shivaay’s life. She will be seen adding spice to the story, as she will play the seductress with a hidden motive. Mandana and Shivaay's closeness will make Anika jealous.”

With this, Mandana will make her debut in fictional shows. We also hear that the actress has roped in a tutor to improve her language for the show. “Mandana is struggling with her Hindi accent and since this is her first TV show, she is expected to be little fluent in her language. And so, she has hired a tutor to improve her language skills. He might accompany her on the sets too,” our source added.

A few months back, Mandana had made headlines for filing a domestic violence complaint against her husband and in-laws. However, she had withdrawn her complaint saying she intended to save her marriage and is not desirous of any monetary gains from her in-laws. But sadly her marriage had ended.

On the work front, Mandana has been part of films including Kya Kool Hai Hum, Roy, and Bhaag Johnny and did TV shows like Bigg Boss and Comedy Nights Live.
