It would not be wrong to say that filmmaker Karan Johar has already created a huge stir by roping in some interesting pairs for the sixth season of his successful and popular chat show Koffee With Karan. Interestingly, the upcoming season will premiere with Deepika Padukone and Alia Bhatt sharing the fabled couch. Apart from the two ladies, Saif Ali Khan-Sara Ali Khan, Arjun Kapoor- Janhvi Kapoor and Akshay Kumar-Ranveer Singh have shot for their episodes as well.

Now if a report in a leading daily is to be believed, the next jodi to go on a coffee date with Karan will be Varun Dhawan and Katrina Kaif. "Varun and Katrina will be sharing a coffee date with KJo. Both of them make for an interesting pair and have never shared the same stage before. When Karan was sitting with the chat show’s team and ideating which guests could accompany Varun or Katrina, he thought of getting them together instead." the daily quoted a source.

The source further added that Varun and Katrina have known each other for a long time and thus, readily agreed to make an appearance together on KJo's show. Apparently, they will shoot for their episode in a week or two.

For the unversed, Varun and Katrina will likely feature together in Remo D’Souza’s dance film. So if they indeed appear on KWK 6, it would be a delight to witness their onscreen chemistry, even before the film. Not to forget, Katrina had funnily revealed during the last season of Koffee with Karan that Varun along with Arjun Kapoor had started a 'We Hate Katrina Club' after Salman Khan had snubbed them for checking her out. Now we certainly cannot wait to witness if Karan brings up the topic again.
